The owners of Fish Factory Swim School approached Modulus Design about the Design + Build of a Swim School in Rio Rancho, New Mexico after liking some of the restaurants and breweries we designed - and they wanted something unique.

Builders Mechenbier Construction, Inc. provided masonry and bar joists as the preferred building methodologies. Modulus Design also worked with the pool builder to meet the required size and performance specifications. Using block, steel, and Corten siding with just the right colors and interior design created a welcoming swim school for children in a unique modern industrial space.
