The owners of Village Pizza in Corrales decided to expand with a new location on the west side of town by the Flix BrewHouse development. Our team spent time understanding the existing design and operations of the Corrales location - and then provided a modern version in this new Design + Build Tenant Improvement within the existing building shell.

Modulus Design used wood and steel finishes with varied seating styles in an open but uniquely created interior environment. New developments included a kitchen, a bar, and a restaurant with a drive-through. Don't forget to enjoy the patio seating with a slice and a pint!
