The creative teams at Modulus Design came together to give new life to an older home in downtown Albuquerque that was in complete disrepair. Using the small lot and existing setbacks, we were able to meet the parking requirements and construct two bright and airy bedroom units. Everything came together with a nice interior, plus exterior finishes that made for a unique but fitting addition to this urban neighborhood – giving the space new life as a modern duplex.
