The Memmer Residence was thoughtfully designed to support aging in place, incorporating zero-threshold transitions and a clear, open floor plan. A central circulation spine organizes the home, with the kitchen, living room, and covered patio anchored along the primary axis and private zones arranged to either side. The west wing accommodates a guest bedroom and opens to a private patio, while the east wing houses the primary suite, office, and laundry. This side of the home also offers a small private courtyard for the homeowners.

Interior finishes emphasize calm and comfort, with soft plaster walls, warm wood tones, and a restrained neutral palette. The home blends Southwestern character with modern detailing, resulting in a design that is both timeless and contemporary.
