The homeowners had broad ideas of what they liked and from that vision board Modulus Design created some lovely modern lines with this black home.

Large windows bringing in lots of light in contrast to the dark corrugated metal siding and a heavy steel patio structure on the exterior make the experience balanced and charming. The floorplan is open with space connected by brief hallways with windows capturing another quick peak to the outside and then opening back up to common spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms eloquently. Wood ceilings and polished concrete floors create a warm contemporary environment. A guest suite is attached at the other end of the home for family and friends to come and have their own space. Future plans for a swimming pool are in place with additional shade structures and landscaping to bring the outdoor living to a blissful experience.
