The owners of Fish Factory Swim School approached Modulus Design about the Design + Build of a Swim School in Rio Rancho, New Mexico after admiring some of the restaurant and brewery projects that we designed – and they were looking for something unique.
Builders Mechenbier Construction, Inc. provided masonry and bar joists as the preferred building methodologies. We worked with the pool builder, making sure to meet the required size and performance specifications. We created a welcoming swim school for children in a unique modern industrial space utilizing block, steel, and Corten siding with just the right colors and interior design to compliment it all.
