MODULUS DESIGN
We are a Design + Build Firm and a Licensed General Contractor (GB 98). Our simple goal is to DESIGN, BUILD + FABRICATE environments that have a positive impact on people's lives. Using the Design + Build model for construction means that we can deliver a project from concept to completion with a high degree of accountability. Our team includes designers, project managers, superintendents, a field crew and a fabrication shop crew.

DESIGN
Our design office uses Autodesk Revit to provide As-Built drawings of your existing space, Design Set plans + 3D views, and a full set of Construction Documents to submit for permit.

BUILD
We provide bids and cost estimating for the build out of commercial + residential projects that have been designed by us or by others. We can manage your project through the entire construction process.

FABRICATE
Our shop works with the design office to provide custom steel + wood fabrication for projects that we are building out. We are here to help you with the design process, the construction process, and all the steps in between.
